The following transgressions are alleged. No guilt or innocence should be imputed until and unless those charged are tried and convicted.
• June 16 - Eagar police cited and released Sandra Lynne Bigelow, 38, of Springerville charging her with driving with a suspended driver’s license, not having mandatory current vehicle insurance and no registration.
• June 17 - Police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile Eagar female for theft. The girl was referred to juvenile court.
• June 24 - Police cited and released Chandra Selene Trosclair, 28, of Eagar for allegedly operating a vehicle without a drivers license.
• June 25 - Police cited and released Loretta Ann Castillo, 34, of Eagar for allegedly permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.
- Jeffery Lance Erhart, 25, of Eagar was cited and released on two counts of DUI.
- Officers took a report of a hit and run on East Central Avenue. According to police, a mailbox had been run over and damaged. The case is under investigation.
- Police cited and released Delbert E. Morris, 43, of Springerville for allegedly having a fictitious license plate on a vehicle, not having mandatory current vehicle Insurance and no registration.
• June 26 - Robert Christopher Evans, 31 of Springerville was cited and released on two counts of DUI.
- A 16-year-old Springerville male juvenile of was cited and released for driving with more than one passenger in the vehicle.
• June 29 - Sean Baloo, 29, of Eagar was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and booked into the Apache County Jail.
- Justin Allen Slade, 26, of Eagar was arrested on an outstanding warrant for non-payment of child support and booked into Apache County Jail.
- Aaron P. Constantine II, 28, of Eagar was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear and for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was booked into the Apache County Jail.
• July 1 - Officers responded to South Main Street and Central Avenue about a non-injury accident. Santos David Chacon Garcia, 25, of Eagar was cited and released for with driving without a driver’s license and failure to yield from a driveway.
